Welcome to Global Tires & Lube. By accessing our website, booking our mobile services, or utilizing our automotive maintenance and repair solutions in Prince Edward Island, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Agreement

Global Tires & Lube provides 100% mobile tire, lubrication, and auto maintenance services. By booking an appointment, you agree to allow our certified technicians to perform the requested services on your vehicle at your location (home, office, or fleet yard).

2. Pricing, Diagnostics & Quotes

Prices quoted online or over the phone are estimates. If our technicians discover unforeseen issues during the 10-point safety sweep or on-site diagnosis, we will fully inform you before proceeding. Any additional work requested out of scope will incur extra charges. All diagnostic and service fees are outlined before the service begins.

3. Site Accessibility & Safety

Because we perform our service at your location, it is your responsibility to ensure:

• The vehicle is parked in a safe, legal, and adequately flat or level area for lifting and servicing.
• The requested service location is accessible by our mobile units without violating property rules, strata guidelines, or municipal bylaws.

If the location is deemed unsafe by our technician, we reserve the right to refuse service or request moving the vehicle to a safe alternate location.

4. Warranties & Liability

We pride ourselves on Rapid, Reliable, and Responsive service using ultra-grade synthetic fluids and premium parts.

• We offer a standard warranty on the labor performed. Parts and fluids are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties.
• Global Tires & Lube is not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage, mechanical failures unrelated to the specific service performed, or issues arising from refusal to follow our technician's safety and repair recommendations.

5. Cancellations, Re-scheduling, & Refunds

If you need to change your mobile service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated cancellations or missing a technician upon their arrival at your location may result in a dispatch fee. Refunds for services rendered are determined strictly on a case-by-case basis under the discretion of management.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Prince Edward Island and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new conditions.
